This page contains guidelines and other documentation to assist forest owners and managers to manage rare species. There are currently two guides (for kiwi and falcon/karearea) and others are being developed for lizards and bats (dates of publication TBC).

These two documents were developed by Wingspan, New Zealand’s Birds of Prey Centre located in Rotorua.
